Your medical data, handled with care
A plain-language look at what TMSS Connect collects, who can see it, and how it's protected across the guest, hotel, doctor, and Foundation portals.
The short version
TMSS Connect collects only the information needed to coordinate your care during a stay — contact details, stay information, and case notes tied to an SOS or consultation. That data stays within the network of your treating doctor, the coordinating hotel, and, if a referral is needed, the receiving hospital. It is never sold, and it is never used for anything beyond delivering and improving the medical support service you signed up for.
Our data principles
Encrypted by default
Guest medical data is encrypted in transit and at rest, from the moment an SOS is raised.
Shared on a need-to-know basis
Case details are only ever visible to your treating doctor, the coordinating hotel, and — if referred — the receiving hospital.
Role-verified access
Every portal enforces role-based permissions, so guests, hotels, doctors, and Foundation admins each see only what their role requires.
Retained only as long as needed
Case records are kept for continuity of care and audit purposes, then handled according to our data retention schedule.
What we collect
Basic contact and stay details when you register through a partner hotel; case notes, vitals, and consultation records generated when you raise an SOS or complete a teleconsultation; and kit-inspection and staff-certification records submitted by hotel coordinators.
Who can see it
Access is role-verified across every portal. Guests see their own case history. Hotel coordinators see cases tied to their property. Doctors see cases assigned to their queue. Foundation admins see aggregate and operational data for oversight. Nobody sees more than their role requires.
How long we keep it
Case records are retained for continuity of care and audit purposes for the duration of the pilot program, after which they are handled according to My TourMed Global Foundation's retention and deletion schedule.
